Voicemail is confidential and calls are typically returned within 24 to 48 hours. Calls are often returned between sessions with clients, early mornings, or late evenings. There are occasional longer delays in returning calls if Ms. Houston is out of town to do training and there is a significant time zone difference. Voicemail message will reflect if there will be a delay in returning calls.
